National Flower Of Brazil





Tabebuia alba, port. Ipê-amarelo-da-serra, also Golden Trumpet Tree, is a tree native to Cerrado vegetation in Brazil. This plant is found in the following states of Brazil: Bahia, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo.[1] It is used as an urban tree, and it is also used as a medicinal plant.
Well-known and popular, the tree and its flower belong to the national plants of Brazil.
